About AiyaHR

Workforce, Made Intelligent

AiyaHR is an AI HRMS and workforce management platform for businesses that want to manage the complete employee journey from one intelligent system.

It brings together hiring, onboarding, attendance, payroll, documents, compliance, approvals, and HR workflows so teams can work with more clarity and less manual effort.

Our Vision

To make every employee journey simpler, smarter, and more connected.

Our Mission

To help businesses manage the complete employee journey through one intelligent HR and workforce platform.

Agentic AI & MCP Positioning

AI prepares. People decide.

AiyaHR uses AI as an assistant for HR teams and managers, not as a replacement for human judgement. The platform is designed to support agentic AI workflows where the system can understand context, retrieve relevant information, prepare actions, and assist users across connected HR processes.

Through MCP-enabled architecture and tool-based AI workflows, AiyaHR can support intelligent actions across the platform — while keeping employee data, compliance, payroll, and management decisions controlled and auditable.

  • Preparing HR summaries from employee data
  • Drafting employee letters, notices, and responses
  • Flagging missing documents or upcoming expiries
  • Helping managers understand attendance and leave patterns
  • Preparing payroll-readiness checks
  • Assisting with onboarding checklists and follow-ups
  • Guiding HR users through policy, compliance, and workflow steps
  • Connecting AI assistance to platform data and approved business tools

What makes AiyaHR different

The five things buyers consistently call out when they evaluate AiyaHR against spreadsheets, generic HR tools, or disconnected point solutions.

1

Full Employee Journey

AiyaHR covers the journey from hiring and onboarding to attendance, payroll, documents, compliance, and ongoing HR workflows.

2

AI-Assisted HR

AI helps teams prepare, check, summarize, draft, remind, and flag, reducing repetitive work without removing human control.

3

HR and Workforce Together

AiyaHR combines HRMS records with practical workforce operations such as attendance, leave, approvals, and multi-site visibility.

4

UAE-Ready Operations

Built with UAE business needs in mind: UAE payroll and WPS/SIF generation, employee document tracking, Labour Law workflows, PDPL-aware handling, AED pricing, and multi-site teams.

5

Connected Platform

Instead of scattered spreadsheets, emails, WhatsApp follow-ups, and disconnected tools, AiyaHR gives businesses one place to manage employee processes.

How we build

Non-desk first, not desk software adapted

Most workforce platforms were designed for people at desks and later stretched to cover everyone else. Starting from the crew on a site at 6am produces different answers about what a check-in can reasonably ask of someone.

AI prepares, people decide

AI verifies identity, drafts rosters and flags anomalies. Anything with a consequence attached — pay, discipline, a record that follows someone to their next job — waits for a human. Face matching is probabilistic, and a confidence score is not a fact.

No hardware we can avoid

Every terminal is a procurement cycle, an installation, a failure point and a replacement in three years. Where the phone someone already carries can do the job, it should.

Your data stays yours

Export in open formats whenever you ask, including if you leave. A platform that makes leaving difficult is charging a switching cost nobody agreed to, and we would rather earn the renewal.

Honest about what exists

We would rather say a capability is planned than demo something that is not ready. Customers find out during implementation regardless, and that is the most expensive moment to discover it.

Why attendance, of all things

Attendance looks like a solved problem, which is exactly why it is usually solved badly. Every organisation already has something — a terminal by the door, a paper sheet, a supervisor with a clipboard, a spreadsheet somebody maintains — and every one of those is quietly costing more than it appears to.

The costs are invisible because they land on people who do not set budgets. A queue at a terminal at shift change. An administrator reconciling a paper sheet against a roster. A payroll query that takes two people an hour to settle because nobody can say with certainty who was on site. None of that appears on an invoice.

What made it worth building was that the data mostly already existed and was simply unusable. Organisations were not missing attendance information; they were missing it in a form that could answer a question. Whether a post was covered last night, whether a payroll export can be trusted, whether the working-hour record would survive being examined — all of it depends on the same underlying data being maintained rather than reconstructed after the fact.

Sister to CampusTrack

AiyaHR shares its engineering DNA with CampusTrack, the UAE school-focused attendance platform. Same operational core — built for schools there, and for the complete employee journey across non-education sectors here. The two are priced differently because they serve different workforce shapes: CampusTrack charges a flat monthly rate per campus, AiyaHR per active staff member as your team grows.
