Yes. Starter is free for life up to 25 active staff at a single site. Full GPS + AI face attendance, leave, shifts, mobile app, AI Assistant (5/day), and WPS-ready CSV export are all included. No credit card to start.
Growth is AED 8 per active staff per month, billed monthly or annually. Staff 1–25 stay free; you only pay for staff 26 onwards. Volume discounts apply at 50 / 100 / 250 staff. Billed in AED.
Enterprise unlocks the full payroll engine — salary components, GPSSA + gratuity, WPS file generation, GL journal patterns (ERPNext / Zoho / Tally), loans + reimbursements, and parallel pay-run validation. You also get API access, dedicated tenant, custom IdP SSO, 7-year audit + DPO toolkit, and a dedicated CSM. Most customers move to Enterprise when payroll-processing becomes a business need.

No. AiyaHR is billed monthly with no lock-in. Annual billing is offered at a 15% discount, but month-to-month is always available. You can cancel any time with 30 days notice.
You receive a full export of your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON). Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted in line with UAE PDPL.
