How does it handle work-from-home days?
Each staff member has approved home and office locations. On a remote day, they check in against their home profile; on an office day, against the office geofence. Mismatches with the expected schedule are flagged.
Can staff check in from a client site?
Yes. A field check-in logs GPS at a client meeting or off-site location, so that time is recorded rather than guessed. Admins can allow or restrict field check-ins per role.
Do we need any hardware?
No. Staff use their own phones. No badge readers, fingerprint scanners, or IT installs. Works on any modern smartphone.
