How is this different from a full HR suite?
Aiya focuses on the operational layer — attendance, shifts, location verification, multi-site coordination — plus light HR lifecycle (onboarding, leave, offboarding). It is not a full payroll-processing HCM; payroll stays in your existing system and Aiya feeds WPS-ready exports in.
Does it work in low-connectivity environments?
Yes. Check-ins cache locally on the phone if connectivity is poor and sync when back online. Face matching runs server-side so older, cheaper phones work fine.
How do multi-country teams work (UAE + KSA + Bahrain)?
Each tenant can have sites in different countries, with per-country rules (weekly off, prayer break, public holidays, labour-law specifics) configured per site. Reporting rolls up or down across regions.
Is the dashboard mobile-friendly?
Yes. The manager view is mobile-first like the staff view. Site leads typically use it on their phone for the morning attendance check and to approve swaps.
