These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aiyahr.com (the “Site”) operated by CloudSync Technologies LLC (“Aiya”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Aiya AI workforce management platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement (the “Customer Agreement”) between Aiya and your organisation. In the event of a conflict, the Customer Agreement prevails for platform use.

1. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or related infrastructure.
Use automated systems to harvest data from the Site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including by uploading malicious code.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Aiya wordmark, screenshots, and code — is the property of Aiya or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

3. Trademarks

“Aiya”, the Aiya logo, and other marks on the Site are trademarks of CloudSync Technologies LLC. All other trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

4. Lead forms and demo requests

If you submit a form on the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it. We process the data you submit in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Pricing and offers

Prices on the Pricing page are guidance and may change. Final pricing for the Aiya platform is confirmed in your Customer Agreement. References to a “Free” tier are subject to the limits described on that page and to fair-use provisions in the Customer Agreement.

6. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including our sister product CampusTrack and partner services). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and including a link does not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and available but make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content is current or complete. The Site does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice; do not rely on it for decisions specific to your organisation without consulting a qualified advisor.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Aiya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Aiya harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
