How does it handle crews who clean multiple properties in one shift?
Each property is a separate geofence. The crew member checks in when they arrive at property A, checks out when they leave, then checks in at property B on arrival. Each property's hours are tracked separately for billing and payroll.
Can we bill clients based on the hours from this?
Yes — hours per property are reportable. Many cleaning companies use the same record both for payroll and for client billing transparency.
What about late or absent crew members?
Missed check-ins at the expected shift start are flagged on the live coverage board within minutes, so the supervisor can reassign before it becomes a client complaint.
Do we need any hardware at the properties?
No. Crews use their own phones. Properties don't need readers, kiosks, or any installed hardware. This matters a lot when you sign a new contract — onboarding a new property is just drawing a geofence.
